Boston and Maine Live is a free Youtube-based live cam service, offering cameras that cover New England. They are not a railcam provider, however, three of their cameras do cover railroads. They have 33 live cameras.

Chester Rwy Station - 720P
Greenville Jct - 1080P
Westfield Bridges - 1080P
Video streams smoothly. I especially like the views of the Greenville Jct cam (pic at right), although train frequency is not very high
Audio Quality: Audio quality is good.
